Time for a chat at the Tabernacle?

Postby Judith » Fri Mar 07, 2014 7:15 pm

Do you live in or near West London?

If you want to know more about the site, how to take part, or just want to find out how to have a life after life-changing events, either for you or for someone you know, come to the Tabernacle on Saturday 26th April (1 – 3pm) (just off Portobello Road) and meet the http://www.cansurviving.com team. The Tab is a friendly place and you can have a cup of tea or a meal too--we'll have a table there and our Site Coordinator Rose will be in her running gear we hope!

It was a lovely day!

We made many new friends, and old friends and family turned up to support the event which will hopefully also be reported in the local newspapers..

People explored the site on a laptop, ate fruit from the boat which was the table centrepiece (our logo is a boat and this one just 'happened along' at the right time..) , and drank a delicious cacao drink made by Lara--the kids enjoyed it too.

The Tab is such a friendly place, and next time we plan a talk (far too much pleasant noise going on for that this time)--any ideas for venues? Pix will be uploaded here when Hermes the Site manager downsizes them for us...Thanks to all and keep on spreading the word...

Hi to all our readers, members and non-members alike...

We hope this year to set up more venues for spreading the word, SO if you have any ideas about where we could do this -

You have to focus on your workouts and it is possible only if you are wearing a good gear that is comfortable for the body. I am extremely happy that was able to get running bare yoga set and the shoes from Nike brand for my Yoga sessions at very low price because there was some sale going on at that time.
