Let’s talk about it...knowledge is power... well it may be a cliche because it is true, as so many cliches are, death is a part of life and so many people turn a blind eye to this--there is strength to be gained from talking about these issues, no matter how near or far they may seem from the present moment-the art is to live in the moment (meditation and mindfulness help here- see the Mind and Spirit forum), but also have the end point for us all in mind...
