Admin volunteer to check calls and data - Yes to Life

Hi everyone

Yes to Life are looking for someone to take on the role of volunteer Helpline admin support. Our Helpline is one of our core services and to enable us to give the best service and support possible we need to know that all calls to the helpline are picked up and dealt with. As we have different helpline volunteers making these calls every day, it is even more important to make sure there is a good communication between them and you.

In addition, we collect statistics (anonymous) to monitor the levels of calls,emails etc to the helpline which helps us plan and determine when we need to train more volunteers to ensure we continue to deliver the best service we can. Data is collected in an excel spreadsheet.

You will receive training and work remotely from home. Your main point of contact will be Claire who is a member of the team and works out the helpline rotas etc. She has also undertaken this role before herself so will be involved in your training.

You will need to able to commit between 2-3 hours per week and have your own laptop/pc and access to the internet.
