The second book I read by Dr Williams, and just as gripping as her first one (Vital Signs for Cancer)! The information included here is invaluable for anyone with a diagnosis of cancer! Understanding that a tumour is an end product and not the beginning of cancer, realising that this is a process where we can interfere and change its course and finding out easy techniques for doing so brought about a HUGE shift in the morale!

Strongly recommended for anyone with an interest in the subject!

This is one of the most educational books about cancer.
Amazing and I strongly recommend, not only for cancer patients, but for practitioners too and for lifestyle changes.
Very good :)

An informative approach towards developing your understanding of the biochemical changes that occur during cancer, and how this knowledge can then be applied in supporting yourself with dietary and practical lifestyle changes. A great book to dip in and out of, and a must have for anyone who wants to learn more!
