This book was given to me by Eddie the Iranian masseur from the kick boxing gym (see mind and body).

I've only just started it but I'd be interested to hear if other people have read it and what they think?

Haven't read Super Brain, but something related is a book called The Brain that Changes Itself by Norman Doidge--(penguin 2007)-subtitle is 'Stories of Personal Triumph from the Frontiers of Brain Science--New York Times said 'power of posive thinking finally gains scientific credibility- Miracle-Making stuff'--

Doidge is a psychiatrist & psychoanalyst talking about 'neuroplasticity'--cancer is not in the index, brain tumours are though--worth a look maybe as to how miraculous our brains are--Super Brains indeed...'a remarkable and hopeful portrait of the endless adaptability of the human brain' says Oliver Sachs...

One scary a thing a day—ways to keep your brain in trim...

What with this and laughing, you'll be getting 2014 started in a great way...
