Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables such as apple, orange, grapefruit, berries, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, spinach in raw form to control your cholesterol level, burn extra fat, and reduce the weight. Water foods in shape of fruits juices, vegetables soups, green tea, and coffee etc. are also effective for the weight loss.
