Diet that is healthy for heart

1.Eat fish high in omega-3s, such as salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring and trout.
2.A handful of healthy nuts such as almonds or walnuts will satisfy your hunger and help your heart.
3.Try blueberries, strawberries, cranberries or raspberries in cereal or yogurt.
4.Oatmeal
5.Dark beans,such as kidney or black beans, are high in fiber, B-vitamins, minerals and other good stuff.
6.A 4-ounce glass of red wine (up to two for men and one for women per day) can help improve good (HDL) cholesterol levels.

12.Tomatoes – even sun-dried varieties in winter months – provide lycopene, vitamin C and alpha- and beta-carotene.

14.Crisp, fresh broccoli florets dipped in hummus are a terrific heart-healthy snack with a whopping list of nutrients, including vitamins C and E, potassium, folate, calcium and fiber.

4.Control weight
Overweight people have a greater chance of getting heart disease.
5.Control high blood pressure.
High blood pressure increases the risk of getting heart disease.
6.Control the cholesterol level
High cholesterol leads to heart disease.Bad cholesterol in blood increases is not healthy.
7.Control the diabetes
It is very difficult for the body to control blood sugar levels, if you have diabetes which in turn can damage blood vessels.
8.Family history

Very Nice, I would like to say eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid processed foods. Stop smoking, avoid fried foods, avoid salt, eat good fats like omega 3s. Keep active, stay fit and have fun.

We usually do not feel a healthy heart. It often beats only in moments of strong emotions - from fear or joy, love or hate. It echoes loudly and evenly in the ears under heavy loads - a long run, climbing a steep hill, at the time of a parachute jump.
