mindfulness practices to reduce stress

One of my favorite mindfulness teachers is jon kabat-zin.

His powerful work has had a huge impact in the medical field. He is the creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

he also wrote a book which is a treasure. i love keeping it by my bedside. short little chapters that awaken the heart.
