The easiest ice cream recipe ever!!

I’d given up on the idea of ever eating ice cream—what with the sugar issue, the lactose issue AND for me the gluten issue...so many issues, so little navigation space...but this two-ingredient recipe looks wonderful, haven’t tried it yet but I will very soon and hope a lot of you do so too—any tweaks, do let us all know....

My latest twist on it was to put some elderberries (gathered from a field) on the top--they are not very sweet and so I think can be a great and also good for you treat...I have taken some shots of the bowls filled with this delicious mixture, but need to wait till I am back home in September to ask my trusty site manage Hermes how to make them downloadable....ahh.. I guess I will learn...
