Coconut flour scones

For anyone wanting to avoid wheat try these delicious coconut scones...

Ingredients For 6 scones:
1 cup coconut flour
4 tbsps psyllium husks
80g coconut oil
2 tsp baking powder
500g boiling water
herbs and spices of choice. (Asafoetida is great but anything you have/like)

1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl with whisk (or fork)
2. Add oil and blend well
3. Add water, half at a time

Divide into 6 large balls and flatten between paper
Then you can either dry fry them on a griddle (careful the mixture is just right, not too wet not too dry Goldilocks) OR (my way of choice) in the oven 150C for about half an hour and then check....
