Well here are 77 uses for the wonderful invaluable and tasty coconut oil-if you can stretch this list even further, please do! Just add a reply here? It seems pretty extensive and I have used a lot of the ideas myself--and the taste of coconut oil in cooking is so--well--nutty and satisfying....great on your baked sweet potato...and a staple of your Ph eating plan...
