For raw food virgins

And for the raw food virgins out there—

Ok you’re going to give this a try—but hang on, is it more expensive? The engaging guy Yuri Elkaim in the video explodes some of those ideas, those myths you’ve been carrying around unquestioningly--shows you the difference between merely ‘raw’ food and ‘living’ food-(this is where bean-sprouts also come in…see elsewhere on this section of the site)

They’re 5 minute videos to get you started, then on his website -- 'the everyday person's nutrition school'--he has what he describes as a ‘ton’ of other things to try—he talks in dollars which for those people in non-dollar zones may seem a bit harder to understand—but basically, compare 500 grams of salmon and 500 grams of kale (the mighty kale again- one of the stars of this site)

Here’s another of the energy diet videos for those of you worried about your protein intake on a raw-based plant diet- fear not, and don’t let meat-eaters scare you into thinking you’re missing out if you’ve given up the meat course-
