Here’s another set of thoughts—

KALE is great and as green as you can get- as I type (maybe I shouldn’t eat and type—ah that’s a point) I’m eating one of my lunch bowl salads with finely chopped Kale among the ingredients...(also tomatoes, garlic, celery, sunflower seeds , spring onions, sesame oil and hemp oil)-more below...
