Re: wow doing the vegan thing in Wiltshire!
Just 24 hours there, in Bradford on Avon, for those of you who want to visit Shakespeare country and its wonderful surrounds (especially in May- awesome)- and I find two great eateries- first a Pizza Joint called Pizzeria Amici in the town itself, no sweat me being a gluten-free vegan, a wonderful risotto
was produced without milk or parmesan, full of succulent sun dried tomatoes...and an very Italian 2 kiss farewell from the Italo-English proprietor--- 22 Silver Street, B on A Tel 01225 863661...
THEN the best salad I have eaten maybe ever and I do mean that- cooked by Jamie at The Hop Pole in Limpley Stoke quite nearby--
Jamie was brought up a vegan, does lots of fermenting and marinading of his raw veg,and is the chef to watch...
his other dishes were great too so I was told by my lunch companions, BUT I am going to lean on him to post the recipe for this awesome salad here on Diet and the Body for us all to enjoy... and I suggested they put 'vegan friendly' on their website... go check!

his other dishes were great too so I was told by my lunch companions, and a refreshing change from those somewhat boring meat and 2 veg Sunday lunch menus, BUT I am going to lean on him to post the recipe for this awesome salad here on Diet and the Body for us all to enjoy... and I suggested they put 'vegan friendly' on their website... go check!
