One of the resources I use to decrease stress that also is very body-loving is by Dan Howard - the founder the Intentional Resting™ Method, an amazingly simple, revolutionary way to reduce stress, enhance healing, calm overworked adrenal glands, experience inner stillness and instantly bring yourself into present moment awareness.
