'Mind your body - The vital role of the mind and spirit in recovery and wellbeing'

Spring is finally here and with it comes the symbolisism of starting afresh, having a 'spring-clean' and awakening a new better version of yourself. With this theme in mind, our spring conference hopes to encapsulate this emphasising the vital role of the mind and spirit in recovery and wellbeing with a focus on those with cancer.

Our emotions are so strongly associated with our physical wellness that even the word “dis-ease” explains the tie between our minds and body. With more and more growing evidence backing the connection between the mind and the body, we need to think about how we can heal ourselves. This conference is designed to equip you with knowledge and practical skills through specially crafted talks and workshops to help you along on your emotional healing journey.

The conference will start with a morning seminar with our special guest speakers who are highly influential in their field. All speakers will then be running one-off afternoon workshops which will have limited spaces per workshop in order to keep them intimate.

There will be an opportunity to book two afternoon workshops as each speaker will be running two sessions.

Tickets for the workshops are purchased on a first come, first served basis so book early to avoid disappointment.

In order to keep ticket prices low, we have decided to make this a bring your own lunch event. There are also plenty of places around the venue to choose from.
