The beautiful sanctuary known as the Bhaktivedanta Manor Temple, based in Watford, Hertfordshire is a Gaudiya Vaishnava temple that sits on 70 acres of land, and was donated to the mission in 1973 by The Beatle George Harrison. The Manor is owned and run by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), better known as the Hare Krishna movement. The temple complex includes prayer rooms, a beautiful forest walk, gardens, cow sanctuary, library, auditorium, farming land, kitchens, and retreat centres.

As part of our emotional healing event series, we are excited to invite you to a majestic day out at this wonderful temple.

Activities of the day will include:

- Yoga session
- Meditation session
- Resilience workshop
- Tours of the grounds
- Nice wholesome vegetarian lunch
- A fun treasure hunt in the 70 acres of land - never too old for one of these!

This is a going to be a fun day of relaxation and restoration and you will leave feeling light and at ease. This event is open to anyone and you are welcome to bring your loved ones along.
